Production

Products bearing the Italian Fashion brand name are well-known not only thanks to the high quality of materials used for their production or the manufacturing process and the technology applied, but also thanks to the care taken over the details of both their aesthetics and finishing. A significant contribution to the success of our products is also being made by their design, which successfully combines comfort and grace, simplicity and sophistication. The harmonization of those different aspects was possible, among other things, due to the interpretation of intimate underwear as an integral part of clothing, which is not to be covered, but may readily be shown. It is because underwear, being a person’s second skin, discloses customer’s lifestyle and personality.

We possess and supervise the full technological process from yarn processing to the finished product, which results in the minimization of the production costs. In Łódź we are in the possession of a knitting plant and Maxcolor dyeing plant with the modern equipment, where we manufacture both pure cotton as well as cotton with Lycra. We have four sewing plants equipped with the Italian set of machines as well as a knitted fabric printing press. Accessories for production are manufactured on our order in Italy.

Each product undergoes four quality control systems: two in the knitting and dyeing plants and the remaining two at the sewing and packaging stages. Each new model before entering the production process is being subjected to many tests so that our product can satisfy even the most demanding customers. We are interested not only in attracting new customers, but also in gaining their confidence in our brand name. Thus our special care for the highest quality of our products.
